Casa de Medicina was born from a shared calling—to create a sacred space where people can remember who they truly are.

After walking their own transformative healing paths, Brian and Stephanie felt a deep responsibility to share the wisdom, tools, and sacred medicines that changed their lives. Together, they envisioned a sanctuary where ancient traditions meet modern souls seeking balance, clarity, and connection.

Stephanie Serrano

Founder

Stephanie, a native of Puerto Rico, carries the wisdom of her homeland’s natural healing, spiritual teachings, and plant medicine traditions. Commenced into the sacred art of cacao by wisdom keepers, she holds this medicine with deep reverence and heart.

A certified Sound Healer and devoted student of Universal Shamanism under the mentorship of Leo Artese, Stephanie weaves sound, ceremony, and prayer into a shamanic journey that invites deep healing, remembrance, and transformation.

Through her voice and ancestral instruments, she channels the divine feminine, creating nourishing and sacred spaces for awakening and renewal.

Brian Schwartz

Founder

Once entrenched in corporate America, Brian’s life was transformed in 2018 when health challenges led him to seek deeper healing through natural medicine, shamanic practices, and personal growth therapies.

In 2022, Brian began studying directly under his mentor, Leo Artese, and completed the Universal Shamanism Multiplier Course, earning certification as a Shamanic Alchemy Coach.

Brian weaves ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic practices—guiding others through Kambo, plant medicine, and transformational therapy. With deep reverence for indigenous traditions, he creates sacred spaces where physical, emotional, and spiritual healing unfold.
